The staff here were/are great, I came in wanting my hair colored blonde. They quickly showed me shades and got right to it. The process was quick and the end result almost better than perfect. I would be sure to recommend them to anybody who needed something like that done, they also waxed my eyebrows and did an excellent job all round. 5/5 easy.

Worst haircut of my life. Not the first time either. I’ve only gone here when I’ve absolutely had to but really no haircut is better than what you’ll get from here. I’ve been to malcoms 5 times and every single time they’ve butchered my hair. Objectively terrible haircuts. Shave your head bad. And God forbid you let them know you’re unhappy. They don’t care. And I listen to them make fun and talk about clients as I had my hair destroyed. Never again.

Took my son to get a haircut for the holiday, I told the stylist why length to cut his hair and how we like it. When he was done it seemed to look ok. It wasn’t done how his usual barber does it (his barber was away for vacation) but I didn’t think it looked bad. Took him home and after shower realized there was multiple places his hair was not cut or uneven. His hair wasn’t lined up at all, there was places in the back he had hair sticking out that was missed. The top was barley cut. It was a disappointment for sure. I had to have his dad fix certain spots so he could go to school the next day without his hair looking a mess. Now we are waiting for his usual barber to come back so we can get it cut again so when it grows in it doesn’t look a mess. Can’t say we will be back. They were friendly there and took him back quickly but the haircut was not up to our expectations and we didn’t even ask for anything crazy.

Autistic individuals are not the easiest clients to handle, but the staff members are always awesome with them. This is a wonderful salon! Affordable prices, friendly and professional staff, and great service. They do my hair and also the hair of my adult twin sons who have autism. Autistic individuals are not the easiest clients to handle, but the staff members are always awesome with them. My sons love this salon, as the stylists are willing to rinse off their heads AFTER the cut, to remove itchy hair clippings left from their buzz cuts.
