I have a short dark hair and I got an appointment and I spent 1 h just trying to explain her and the owner how I want my hair, I was told that almost every style I want wasn’t working (even I show her my friend who has a darker color than me and recently colored her hair) Even basic colors that I had it done before to my hair. And after we get to an agreement they asked me to leave because the time is not enough. I explained to them I have work and had to have day off (which is from my vacation time which will cost more that what they would charge for the service..) and offered to stay longer while she works with others, they said no, and she was at the end that she won’t reschedule because I seem busy to her.. she didn’t even offer to work with other stylist another time. This was extremely annoying.. wast time and money she could have basically said that she can’t do it.. it’s simple.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Salon Exquisite! I live in the Detroit area, and was in Worcester to receive an award. I needed my hair to look good. From the minute I walked into the salon, I was made to feel like a valued regular client. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Meagan was my stylist and she did a great job translating what I wanted my hair to look like. She was professional, friendly and did an amazing job. I looked great that night receiving my award. I look forward to the time when I can return to Salon Exquisite. I suggest everyone in the Worcester area to check out this salon.
