I have been going here for many years but recently noticed something strange about the care they gave my 4C hair..I truly believe they snuck a little keratin in it because I had some bone straight strands..My hair have NEVER been bone straight..The employees were staring at me after they saw me puzzled looking in the big mirror at my wet hair and they were speaking in their language so I know they knew I had caught on..I wont be going back unfortunately for them

I brought my mother here after 2 months of hair salons closed to coronavirus. At the door we had our temperature scanned and the two employees there wore masks. This place has gone downhill since Emily sold it. First, the employees have their masks below their nose and don’t even ask customers to put their masks on when they come in. They literally serviced a lady and didn’t tell her to put her mask on and it was in her hand. They also do not know how to deal with natural hair. I watched them talk 2 people into getting a blow out instead of roller set because according to them “you can’t get a roller set because you are natural. It has to be blown out.” Since when can’t a natural get a roller set? Save your time and money please.

They don’t know how to cut hair. I could of done a better job myself. Both workers just cut my daughters’ hair and didn’t even style it. I said cut and style. I had to tell them to redo it.

Never again!! I went here for my prom and I got a normal ponytail. I danced so I sweated my hair out. When I took my hair out, they used so much gel that my hair was literally glued together. They put some type of chemical in my hair making my hair get straight and really damaged. Even some of my hair had glue from the ponytail in my actual hair which took hours to remove. If you are a black person do not go here! They cannot handle black hair and will put stuff in your hair to damage your hair

I had a great experience with the staff. I went to this place to do my hair the staff are very friendly and competent. They cut my hair really nice. My hair came out really nice. The lady who cut my hair she’s very nice & friendly. Nice place with good professional staff. I highly recommend you guys to go there. They gonna do your hair super nice & pretty.

awesome. I go here every time I need my hair straight, im all natural. and they treat me no different then those with relaxers. & the owner EMILY is AMAZING. she does really great eyebrows & spectacular. I’m not exaggerating, this place is great and prices are very reasonable!
