If I can give more than a 5 star rating I would. I came in for a brow thread/tint one of my eyebrows is darker/thicker than the other she definitely made sure my brows were on point before leaving I’m so in LOVE with them now I can feel confident about myself. I called to take an appointment. She replied an hour later to confirm the appointment. I was on time, waited for 10 mins because she wasn’t there when I arrived for my appointment. Wasted another 10 mins sanitizing stuff which should have been done prior to my appointment. I was there to do eyebrows and upper lip threading, before she started, she said she won’t be doing threading because her teeth hurt. I made it clear to her that my skin can’t take wax, and that she should have mentioned this on the phone when I called for the appointment. She got really defensive, didn’t apologize. When she started threading my eyebrows, she wasn’t gentle at all, pressing on my face with her hands, her threading wasn’t smooth at all, and she didn’t even do it properly. Had to ditch my salon because my car broke down, but never coming back here.

Kiki did such amazing work!! We came for brows and upper lip threading for my sister’s wedding in a few days. Kiki was warm, friendly, professional, and made us feel at home. She took extra care to manicure our brows and take care of sensitive skin with soothing oils. She took safety precautions by taking appointment only and wiping down the beauty chair after each use. I would definitely recommend scheduling a visit to her ASAP!

What a great experience! She threaded my eyebrows, did a lash lift and tint. The boutique is so pretty and clean. I had a wonderful experience and very reasonably priced. 100% id recommend a friend to go there. And I will definitely be back.
