I had a horrible experience. After I paid more than 1000 dollars between treatment and creams, not only I did not get the results I was promised before I paid but they offered me a complimentary service on my last appointment and after I canceled my work afternoon and drove more than 2 hours, the aesthetician pulls me aside and tells me that she is not going to perform the free treatment she previously offered me and she blamed it on corporate which is in Doral. When I spoke to corporate in Doral, they said they had nothing to do with that decision and even if that was the case they should have called me ahead of time and let me know before I lost half a day of pay and drove all the way to Aventura. It is just very rude and unprofessional not to inform a patient of such a radical change ahead of time. Reviewing my treatment and comparing price and results I am very disappointed because I did not get the results I originally came for. Not to mention that they promised me several times, they could deliver what I was looking for.
