I don’t always have the most definitive plan when I see her for a color, which I’m sure isn’t ideal, but she always talks me through what she suggests will look best and it’s been wonderful every single time! She’s easy to talk to and I always feel relaxed and refreshed after each appointment. She’s also great at suggesting the best products for my hair type and the styles I hope to achieve.
