Booked an appointment on the app Styleseat for 2:30 on a Saturday. I received a text from the stylist saying that she actually did not have that time slot available at around 9:30 am that Saturday morning. Okay that’s fine I guess. So I text her back asking if she had slots for that following Saturday. It is now after 9pm Saturday night and she has yet to respond. Not professional at all.
