Kathryn is very responsive and listens to understand how to best treat your body. I had a pinched sciatic nerve that left me with limited mobility. I couldn’t walk for most of the first day but I was able to connect with Kathryn. She shared a few things I could do before our therapy session. She moved some things around and got me in within 48 hours. I booked for 90 mins and it was the absolute best decision. She was considerate of the tender spots but focused on relieving the pain. I wasn’t back to 100% leaving the session but was well on my way. I am a new customer and she treated me like I had been a client for 5 years. A great massage with excellent customer service/experience. She is my preferred therapist.
