Tamyka’s amazing! Have been a client of hers for more than 11 years and highly recommend her to others. She has a warm, positive, soothing nature that puts you at ease and allows you to relax while she works on what may be ailing you. She’s an excellent listener/communicator who knows how to addresses the areas of pain/concern with proper technique, including long stretching. She’s also big on self care, and always propose sound, day-to-day best practices (ex. hydrating, rest, low impact movement, etc.).
