Owner” SI” was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant directly upon entrance.To begin, he immediately made a comment on my shirt because of a particular country was labeled on it. Then, he proceeded very rude, disrespectful and condescending because me being the parent of a first time, minor new client, having questions regarding the service he’d be receiving. I highly suggest staying away from here, if you’re looking for pleasant, friendly, courteous, professional staff to understand customers’ needs!!! If I could give negative 5…I would! My kid was so disappointed!

Very clean, Attentive to the needs of their clients and they always go the extra mile to make sure your haircut is perfect. The way they cut the lining up with a straight razor is what I love the most. They show they are experts in what they do. This is now my only barbershop. Best in the Triangle area.

My husband took my son to get his haircut by SI. Well he told him he had someone in the chair and he told him to let someone else cut my son’s hair. Si wasn’t even busy he had 1 in the chair and no one waiting. This new guy cut my son’s hair and it looks terrible! If I wanted his hair to look this bad I would have done it myself. We will not be back!

This man was able to stop half way through the cut to handle his business, come back, and continued like he never left. Took at most 20 minutes and that was inclusive of his absence.
