I got a dip powder manicure yesterday and it looks SO GOOD! Only downside was I had to wait 25-30 minutes for someone to do my nails even though I made an appointment. Regardless the person who did my nails was precise, kind, and did a fabulous job. I wish I had asked for her name so I could ask for her next time I go back! Dip powder

I’ve been going off and on the last 2 years for dip. Went to Jessica last week for the first time, as I had been wanting to get them done with her. The design came off the first week. Called today to get in with Jessica just to get them all redone for the weekend instead of fixing the design. Called Lee, she instantly said “Jessica don’t want to do your nails again for you.” I was mind baffled by this as I had never ran into a situation like this before.After thinking more into it, I called back to ask why she refused to do my nails again. Lee said “she said no, I don’t know, you can just walk in for somebody.” I’ve never done walk ins, just appointments. Very disappointed with their rude customer service this round and the design didn’t even last a week. Probably won’t be going back after this .

They did such a bad job. I went with a friend and they barely spoke to us. To their credit, we did not have an appointment. But that would not have made a difference in our case. They were rude, not at all personal and over all rough.

The person doing my nails spent the whole time chatting with other employees & the person beside me. When I showed a spot she was missing she acted frustrated & ignored it. I got theses done Monday, they were rough on the edges & chipped right away. This morning one peeled off.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got a full set of acrylic nails there. And I have gone here twice before in my first experience was incredible I got a coffin and acrylic full set with a design and it came out amazing. And this is the second time I went today and I got another acrylic full set and I asked for coffin and a little different that the pic but she said ok and then I ended up with square. And my square shape is very fat at the top it is not really match up with my fingers he goes really wide. The behind part of my nails are very very rough and scratchy and not smooth. And the first coat under the design is very patchy you can see Spots that are see-through. Overall it was great but I don’t know I feel like it was very rushed they didn’t even asked me if I like them trough the way of my nails getting done. Over all my nails are disappointing and a mess. And the fact I asked and the picture I have had skinny rectangled nails and I got blobs of acrylic powder. I got a full set of acrylic nails there. And I have gone here twice before in my first experience was incredible I got a coffin and acrylic full set with a design and it came out amazing. We were going as a group. Sunday was too busy so we made an appointment for 4 pedicures on Monday. We got there 9 minutes early. They sat us all down, but did not put water in. My daughter was taken care of first and they put water in her and her friends tub. 15 minutes after the appointment they started on the 2nd person. 30 minutes after the appointment time they filled my tub. My daughter was already finished when they started mine so by the time I could leave she was extremely restless. They had 1 person do my daughter and her friend. My friends nails were uneven and too thick in some places. I had a paraffin wax dip on my feet, which she removed when it was still soft and warm. She left wax all over me which I noticed when we finally left, before my toes were dry because the kids were restless from sitting so long. Things happen like missing wax or cutting nails wrong, I’d give them another chance. What is too frustrating is that we made an appointment and it wasn’t respected. There was plenty of people and staff. We weren’t late, our appointment should have been respected.

The lady was very rude when I said I had dip and didnt like it because it didnt stay on….then got even ruder when I asked if gel polish was more and that I just wanted regular not to mention that my nails are uneven and not buffed on the tips.
