I have tried every nail salon in town- As someone who switches their nail styles quite often I need an artist who can be very diverse and help put my vision together. This team is extremely kind, knowledgable and always goes the extra mile. I love their options for designs, stickers and crystals if I am feeling extra. I highly recommend! I have been coming to this nail salon for one year now and I have consistently got pink white ombré nails in the almond shape. It wasn’t until my previous visit on September 3rd and today’s visit that I have had issues with the nail techs. Every nail tech I have had except for these two nail techs in my previous visit and this visit have caused issues as everyone else can create the shape and length of my nails with no issues. Today, I asked the nail tech to do a fill in for pink white ombré and to do short almond and she proceeded to use a red color that was supposed to be used for my toes. I was then told that I did not ask for that when I specifically stated when I walked in that I wanted a fill in for pink white ombré. It also became an issue when I asked if she could shape a few of the nails better because some were looking extremely pointy while others were at the desired shape I wanted. She switched with my previous nail tech from September 3rd (she has short black hair and wears glasses) and that nail tech began to argue with me and make a scene in the nail salon and saying that I was wrong and I need to focus better and say what I want in the beginning. It’s crazy because I did exactly that and let them know along the way what I desired. Again, she caused a scene when I was not raising my tone or even trying to argue her down about her and the other tech’s mistake. I’m not confrontational so it was very uncomfortable to say the least. I had no issue with just paying and coming back another time and being sure to use another tech that I am used to, but after she caused a scene and started an argument, I no longer will come here. In the end the nails still did not come out correctly and now I will have to spend money again to fix their error with the Haute Spot in Sandy Springs, a far better nail salon than this one.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been to every nail salon in Alpharetta: Posh, Paris Nails, etc and I can tell you with confidence this location is the best quality, experience, and value. I get long nails that often break and the owner explained sns is not the way to go. She could have charged more money if she wanted to but was very generous. The whole team is educated so I feel good walking in and getting my nails done by anyone. I have been to every nail salon in Alpharetta: Posh, Paris Nails, etc and I can tell you with confidence this location is the best quality, experience, and value. I get long nails that often break and the owner explained sns is not the way to go. She could have charged more money if she wanted to but was very generous. The whole team is educated so I feel good walking in and getting my nails done by anyone. Thank you so much!!

Amazing experience! The salon was very clean and everyone was so friendly and attentive. My nails came out perfectly. The shape and length is exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely be going back!

She went above and beyond to match the colors, nail shape and design—look at the photo! I also got a gel pedicure in a solid color but I didn’t catch that person’s name—either way she was just as friendly& professional and my toes/feet look great! Everything was Just amazing! Moon, Mary and Micah are AMAZING!!..My natural nails are always done to perfection! The atmosphere is nice, clean and spa-like with calming music and very large TVs eith closed caption viewing (as to not disturb others). My husband and I have been going here since 2016 and we both love the services and the staff!
