I’ve come here for years off and on and never really had a bad experience until now. Long story short I got a gel fill in on Monday and by Wednesday the polish had bubble up and was pealing off. So I went back to get 1 nail fixed. I waited for over an hour as several other customers came in and were serviced. I asked repeatedly how long would it take to get this nail redone but nobody would even acknowledge me. Needless to say I won’t be back. It’s bad enough I’ve already paid and tipped well but to have to come back and waist my day off being ignored is unacceptable. Do better!

They really did a great job on my manicure with gel polish and pedicure. Although they were quite busy, they greeted everyone who entered the establishment and accommodated everyone rather promptly. This was my first visit and won’t be the last.

I went over last week Tuesday to do pedicure and SNS. The lady doing my SNS was talking bad about another lady employee with the person doing my pedicure and I hate that. She gave me her price on using a tip on my nails and I made payment using my debit card but b4 I left, she started talking bad about me again right there in my face by calling the name on my receipt so I know it was me. That very Saturday, my account was hacked and that was the last place where I used it.

I made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. They opened about twenty minutes late, then I had to wait another 15 before they started. What really made me upset was when I was checking out the lady that took my card got up from doing another person’s pedicure, didn’t wipe or sanitize her hands, so my card was covered in water and lotion and she gave it back to just like that. Totally inconsiderate and just unhygienic

I will not be back. I called in to make an appointment to avoid a wait, since I had an early flight the next morning. I waited forty five minutes for them to start and from start to finish it was another two hours because the people working had to hop back and fourth between more than one client at a time. The woman who did my pedicure made my foot bleed, and my full set had multiple lumps. I understand they were very busy and probably understaffed (who isn’t) but, I could have been told they were booked out and I could have made an appointment elsewhere, and probably would have had a better experience.
