Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely love Tony and Kim. They give such excellent service. I don’t understand what the bad reviews are. I have never received a bad manicure or pedicure. I’ve been to luxury nails and many more throughout the state and abroad, and Tony is by far the best nail technician I have ever had. He gives excellent attention to detail, making sure every nail is perfectly processed in whatever style you want. I drive all the way from Little Rock for this amazing service! I absolutely love Tony and Kim. They give such excellent service. I don’t understand what the bad reviews are. I have never received a bad manicure or pedicure. I’ve been to luxury nails and many more throughout the state and abroad, and Tony is by far the best nail technician I have ever had. He gives excellent attention to detail, making sure every nail is perfectly processed in whatever style you want. I drive all the way from Little Rock for this amazing service! It’s worth it!

Critical: QualityI have no idea how they have 4.4 stars, my nail job was so bad. I usually go to a different nail salon, Luxury nails and spa (they’re amazing) but they couldn’t fit me in so I went to a different nail salon (this one). I got dip and had patches where there was visibly no dip on multiple nails and I also had to shape my nails myself because he was so sloppy with the application there was dip everywhere including my fingers. I also got a pedicure and the paint job was just as bad. definitely will never be returning. I have no idea how they have 4.4 stars, my nail job was so bad. I usually go to a different nail salon, Luxury nails and spa (they’re amazing) but they couldn’t fit me in so I went to a different nail salon (this one).
