I went in a few minutes before my appointment time (and I selected any one – not a specific nail tech as this was my first visit). Well I still had to wait about 40 minutes (and walk ins were seen ahead of me). Also, my nails came out super think and the design looked like a child tried to recreate the design I showed my tech. My pedicure was very fast and the nail polish seemed messy and smeared.

This is the only place in town that I go to for my nails, and judging by the sign in sheet and the fact that the majority of the customers ask for a nail technician by name, speaks to the quality of the work done. Service is by appointment or walk-in. They’ve been having the same technicians there for years; anytime there isn’t a high employee turnover, it is a good sign for me. All the technicians do exceptional work. I never have to worry about my nails lifting, breaking, or chipping. The nails look natural with the area by the cuticle perfectly tapered so you don’t have this large lump of polish there that in 2 weeks begins to lift, like I’ve had happen at other salons. I’ve even been informed there that it’s not really healthy for your nails to be done every 2 weeks, but rather every 3 weeks. This was the owner who enlightened me to this piece of information. To me, this shows that they really care about their customers as most places will have you ignorant of that advice since it would mean lost revenue.

I called ahead asking if they could do flames on my ring fingers and they told me they could, but once I was sitting in the chair and they started working on my nails they told me they couldn’t. On top of that the nail tech that did my nails was quite rough. She made the two fingers on my right hand bleed along the cuticle so it wasn’t exactly the best experience I’ve had at a salon. I wouldn’t choose to come again.

We love this Nail Salon… Niki is amazing!! We followed her from her last place and only go to her for pedis. We even wait if she is off work for a day she will be there! Clean friendly and not loud like other places. You can truly relax here!!

I had a nail appt. for 4:00 and they had me wait, not putting any attention to me and made me wait until 4:30. Maybe because I’m 13? Don’t know. I think all customers should be treated equally because we pay the same good money for it. Nevertheless, the one working on my nails was talking with me and made me feel comfortable. The full set was speedy and exactly what I wanted.
