Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTu was absolutely amazing. I am just visiting the area and wanted a quick nail appointment. I walked in and was able to get an appointment even though they are usually very busy (from what I hear). Tu was able to switch around his schedule just so I didn’t have to come back later to get my nails done. He took great care of my feet and hands and even explained everything he was doing. I truly enjoyed the conversations we had and will definitely be coming back anytime I’m in the area. Everyone was so pleasant and my nails look amazing. I’ve tried most places with less quality results. I thought KC had really no quality places for nails but wow. $108 for 2 pedicures and manicures. I’ve been getting my nails done at various locations across the KC metro for over a decade and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Luckily, I stumbled across this place after going to a few different nail shops that provided subpar service after my regular nail tech of 5+ years retired. To say that I am satisfied with my gel manicure that Tu provided me is an understatement. His attention to detail is unmatched! Prices are fair and not overpriced like other nail salons in the area, shop is clean, well kept and family owned/operated. I will definitely be back!!

They must have enough customers that they no longer care about treating people with respect. Walked in and wasn’t greeted. Had to ask one of the technicians doing nails if they had time and was abruptly and very rudely talked too. Honestly, I would never go back here do to the way I was talked too and I’ll make certain to share this experience with everyone I know. This experienced not only soured me on your business, but I would like to say your business needs an attitude overhaul.
