This is literally the only place I go to get my nails done! Monica and her crew are the sweetest and have never failed me! Even when I was unsure of the design I chose, Monica made it look incredible, I’ve never left not loving my nails! I’ve gotten most my coworkers to leave where they go to go here and they genuinely haven’t gone back!! 10/10 recommend:)

I do not EVER write reviews, but with the terrible experience that I had I needed to. I went to Monica since everyone spoke so highly of her and I can say that she is overrated and does a poor job at doing nails. I made an appointment at 4:15, came in had me wait 15-25 mins just to get looked at. When she finally came to do my nails, she did not even bother clipping my nails and just went ahead and started putting on the tips. I noticed that she made my pointer finger, like shown in the picture, crocked and I pointed it out MULTIPLE TIMES and she kept responding with “your nail goes that way or that my finger is crocked” which you can clearly tell it was not in the picture ??? She was not listening to me and proceeded to not fix it. Not only did she make my nails crocked, they were very uneven by length by A LOT. She also made my nails very lumpy and NOT LIKE THE PICTURE I ASKED FOR. She also kept leaving me and going and doing other people’s nails even though I was there for over an hour and they came in 30 mins after I did. If I was not as nice as I am I would have not paid That $55, this type of work is not even worth $20. She rushed through my whole appointment and did not consider listening to me when I pointed out a problem.

Very nice people, got us in quickly. Very much appreciated that they used clean tools, whereas some places have skimped on sanitizing tools. Definitely better than a lot of other nail places. My gel polish did start coming off after a day or so, but I know that’s because my nails weren’t prepped properly with alcohol or bonder. I would visit again though. Prices are on par with others in the area and they had so many clients that we had to wait 2 hours and be put on a list. Clearly they’re doing something right to have so many people there!

Critical: Quality, ValueI’m visiting Bowling Green this weekend, and I decided to treat myself to SNS nails and a pedicure. The ladies were friendly; however, their work was sloppy. I had to tell the woman performing my pedicure that the polish was clumpy on the base of my big toe. The woman who completed my nails applied the powder and applicator sloppily. It is visibly uneven and bumpy in several places. I trusted the reviews, but I left very disappointed. I will have to spend more money to fix my nails elsewhere. The photos below were taken immediately after I left and about two hours later. The more I look at them, the sadder I get. I usually never ever post reviews, but I had such a bad experience I don’t want anyone else to have the same! I never get my nails done so I was super excited but ended up SO disappointed with the way my nails turned out. I took these as soon as I got home- they are extremely chunky- and u can tell by the way they dried theirs no way I could’ve personally messed them up that way and already look grown out bcuz they didn’t do anything to my cuticles. Not only do they look horrible, but I had to wait ab 30 minutes past my appointment- while I was there another girl literally left the store bcuz she waited so long past her appointment so this seems to be a recurring issue. To make things even worse, the woman checking me out tried to add a $10 tip to my check without me noticing. Needless to say I will not be returning.
