Finally found my “go to” for nails and brows. They are always in a good mood, never rushes and pays attention to detail. Always takes her time doing my brows and they are perfect every time. Does not get mad or get an attitude when asked for a design and if you show a design you like, it comes out exactly like picture. I highly recommend Majestic Nails! I’ve been here a few times, but this time was officially the last time. I would give a 0 star if i could. (Please read all if you are interested in this place) I called and asked to go in and she said they were busy so she’d call me when they were available. An hour later, i get called back and told that im able to come and get my nails fixed. So I went in to get my nails fixed because they kept popping off after day 4. She must’ve done something wrong. I walk in, and then I soak my nails for 30 min while she’s helping other customers. Once she returns to me, she takes my hands out of the bowl and rubs my hands off with a towel and tells me to go wash my hands. Keep in mind, there is still acrylic on my nails… After I’m done, I go back to her and she tells me that she doesn’t have time to do my nails bc she has other appointments. I was confused bc she said she could fix mine at this time. So I start asking why she told me to come in if she didn’t have time to fix my nails that I spent $75 on, that started coming off after the 4th day. I was calm and respectful and just a little concerned bc my nails looked terrible. She didn’t file them or anything and she just left some acrylic on them and expected me to go home like that. I asked for a refund and she declined. Then she threatened to call the cops if I didn’t leave. I said “so you won’t have the human decency to have a civilized conversation with me about what you just did?” I was still being respectful btw. And she just kept saying that she couldn’t do my nails today and she would call the cops if I didn’t leave. This was the most unprofessional, disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointed. I will never come here again. That woman does not care about her customers. Only money. Now I have to go to work with terrible looking hands. It’s not so much about the money, its about the principle. I will be looking for another nail place after today.
