Majestic Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI brought my niece’s to do a girl’s day and between the three of us we got six services. My nail lady talked me into dip although I told her it didn’t work for me and I hated the tinfoil. She insisted that her nails would last for three weeks, that I would have no problems , and that I would never have to sit in tin foil . Altogether the services were $185 and I left a $40 tip. 5 days later I had to lifted nails and I returned to the nail salon. The employees acted as if they never saw me before even though I had pictures from when we were there a few days prior. They had a girl fix my nails which overalls with me 50 minutes of my time. Now it’s three and a half days later with three more lifted nails. I returned the Majestic to have a fix. This visit one of the women actually acknowledged that she recognized me. The nail woman who took me at the end of the service then proceeded to charge me an additional $10 telling me that I had additional services even though I was there three times in nine days for problems that were not mine it was a problem with their nails.
