I highly recommend Jackie! She did a phenomenal job on my dip nails. It wasn’t my first time getting dip but my first time with her! She took her time and was incredibly thorough but also extremely gentle. At no point was I uncomfortable when she was clearing my cuticles. That’s a huge deal to me! Not only do my nails look amazing, my fingers look great because of the great job she did. Book with Jackie, you won’t be disappointed!

!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!They were understaffed and extremely slow. You had to fill out a document manually for the service that your seeking. The nail art was below average. I spent 247 for a pedicure with gel polish a full set with a nail school design a 4yr old pedicure with gel polish and gel nail polish. At the end of my service the male receptionist refused to let me see the service charge breakdown which led me to believe he adds for himself as well. 0/10 DO NOT GO.

I have been shopping around for a good nail place and I found it here. The prices are more than reasonable and the care and attention they put into your nails and pedicures are above and beyond. The interior is clean and super nice. Everyone is friendly and they have conversations with you, not around you. My sibling and I got our nails done, our pedicures, and my sibling got an eyebrow wax and each and every service was higher than five stars in my opinion. I’m very picky about the finished look of my nails but Thai left me with nothing to complain about. He is expert with his skill and talent and doesn’t hurt your cuticles or side of your nails. Tommy gave an amazing pedicure and his polish skills are superb! I wish I could give a 1 start review just to keep these guys to myself and not have to share lol but they deserve higher than five stars.

I saw a good review about a nail tech at the Cross Roads location, Ivy. I called and asked for an appointment with Ivy. Ivy lived up to the good review. She was very nice and a very experienced nail tech. She did my nails with dipping powder in a way that I haven’t had done before. They looked amazing. I did a gel pedicure. I was nervous about my ingrown toe nail and a bunion on one of my feet. She took extra care to alleviate my concerns. I loved the way my finger and toe nails turned out.

Pedicure was great except they put me in a massage chair that didn’t even work or have power hooked up. NexGen nails not so much. Every cuticle is cut from the drill, the shape is no where near what I asked for, the dip is incredibly thick, they are uneven, and I left with my skin basically glued to the bottom side of my nails because he didn’t even clean that.

I’ve been going to Majestic since they opened. Primarily for pedicures & eyebrow waxing. Sometimes nails. I love the people that run it & the staff. They take great care of me. They remember me & my family ..it’s got a small-town/family vibe that I don’t experience often.

I’m so happy I found Majestic Nail Spa. I was having a hard time finding a good nail spa since moving to the area and I stumbled upon Majestic and I’m so glad I did! The staff is great!! It’s a family owned business and Ben and Jackson are always a pleasure to deal with. They are very personable and always helpful.
