Only reason I am giving them one star is because I have too.. First lets start with management they are rude, rush the workers, and very inconsiderate of complaints. I gave them 3 opportunities to fix my nails over the span of 4 days before making a review. Don did a horrible job. He was dipping way to fast, watering down the polish with something and rushed filing. My pedicure she barely did any massage and did horrible painting my toes. By the next day half of may nails were cracking. I went back to have my toes repainted (which I was charged for) and one of my nails that the dip had come off fixed. Holli did an amazing job fixing that nail and my toes. I would go back to see her if management wasn’t so rude. I went back a second time to fix nails with zero acknowledgment because they were busy. I came back a third time after 3 more nails started chipping. There was only 2 people and a couple of pedicures happening so I thought I would be taken care of quickly. Instead they tend to all the customers that came in shortly after me and told me to wait for their next available technician. There were plenty of technicians when I came in. After waiting 30 minutes or so I left again and will never return. Poor service and poor workmanship

I recently moved to the area and tried another nail salon. The other nail salon did not trim cuticles or really do a manicure, just the dipping powder, but I paid for both. When I walked in majestic I was greeted pleasantly and the staff was all very friendly. Alex did a fantastic job on my nails. This will be my new go to place! They serve great drinks also!

This is my go-to mail shop. I see Danny here and he always does a phenomenal job on my nails. Professional and clean environment. Danny is a diamond in a rough in Forney and I recommend him to everyone.

I wanted the full manicure with the acrylics and that’s what I put on the paper. It was crossed out and the guy told me no just a full set. Not only are my nails less than mediocre I’m sad this is the second nail salon I’ve been too in less than a week to find it less than sub parr. I don’t think these should have been 55 maybe 20 at best for his time but the product is horrible. I asked for the basic and I’m still embarrassed of how these look

Critical: QualityFirst time coming here Customer service was very rude I got my nails done and the first day two nails broke and one was cracked was told it’s because I got them done to long but I have got my nails long for years and have never had an problems with them breaking because they are “to long” went back the next day to get them fixed they were rude about it didn’t want to fix them for me then when they did fix them they did them so poorly they were lumpy my nail was crooked and they also had the same lady that messed them up the first time fix my nails so she was being super rough telling me next time I break one she will charge me my nails shouldn’t have broke the first day like that’s crazy and after I got them fixed which is the third day now I’ve already had three more crack just not what I expected when paying $65 for nails. I do not recommend this place. They charged my sister $75 for a FILL and for a cow print design just for the design to fade and chip off 2 days later. Not only that but half of her nails have fallen off after I was reassured that she didn’t need a new set and that her nails wouldn’t fall off… I was wanting to just get her a new set and they refused. In addition they have a detailed check off list on what service you want done and they didn’t even follow it while coming up with the price of my sisters nails, they just started doing math equations on a blank sheet of paper. To top it off the customer service wasn’t great, I was argued with and given attitude after expressing my concerns. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon, won’t be returning.

I love this place! Have to say hands down best nail parlor in Forney. Mike & Emily are the sweetest, and the team is always welcoming. Have never had a bad experience here, been coming since day 1 of them opening. If you haven’t stopped by, make sure you do! It’s clean, they have the best service, and will give you a nice little drink while you’re being serviced.

I got a pedicure and tips with dip powder here. The lady who did my pedicure was not the most friendly and when I asked if my son could also do a basic pedicure with me no one was doing it, it wasn’t until after my pedicure when the lady started him and she did it in less then 10 minutes.
