Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I asked for a chrome color they didn’t have it. The nail tech suggested an ombre and it looked terrible, the color was thrown on my nails and it looked like I had played in colorful sand with wet nails. After I requested the full color instead, she tried to give me designs and I told her no thank you. After insisting she do one nail anyways, I requested she remove it. I know myself and don’t appreciate the wasted time on trying to shove a design onto me. After that, I received this treatment. I tried to tell the gentleman at the front my nail was crooked and the nails were too thick. He couldn’t find a problem with them, can you?Have to return to get them fixed, this literally is the worst dip set I have ever received. I don’t ever want anyone to be treated less than they deserve. I have FINALLY found “MY NAIL SALON”!! Amanda was my nail tech & she is AMAZING!! She actually listened to my requests (and I’m VERY picky about my nails) and she absolutely delivered!! One of the owners, Ann was so super sweet. She jumped in to finish my nail design and did amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! You can tell they truly care for their clients!! Love, love, love this place!!!

Absolutely love this place! I’m pretty particular about where I get my nails done as that’s my guilty pleasure. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating that I’ve gone there exclusively for the past 2 years. Anytime there’s an issue or my nails need a quick repair after getting them done they do it for free. Highly recommend this place!

Majestic is majestic for a reason. They truthfully go above and beyond to make sure clients are happy and satisfied with their nails. I have been a long-standing client from grand opening, through C-19 and until now. They are the best! And go the extra mile to make sure things are right and customers are happy.
