Critical: QualityWent for a set of gel nails. Told her I didn’t want tips but want my nails just a bit longer than my natural nail. The first thing done was cutting my natural nail. Tech started with one powder and switched after 2 nails. Skipped steps on some nails and got up several times. Did 4 coats on one hand and 2 on the other. Nails were thick and very uneven after asking her to fix them twice I gave up. Had to even them myself at home and now they’re shorter than when I started. Was looking for a place to have my nails done before my wedding, glad I decided to shop around. 2 stars because at least my feet were nice. My daughters nails turned out fine, I was very disappointed in mine, it’s been years since I afforded myself the luxury. Went for a set of gel nails. Told her I didn’t want tips but want my nails just a bit longer than my natural nail. The first thing done was cutting my natural nail. Critical: Quality, ValueI would rate 0 stars if I could. I have gone to this place 3 times prior to going yesterday. Never had an issue except for them overcharging me. I went in yesterday for a full acrylic set. Just a regular , basic set. Not gel. I also brought my best friend with me. We both asked for medium length nails & they practically chopped them all the way down to where our finger starts. The nail polish itself wasn’t applied properly , you can still see parts of the nail up underneath it & you can see brush strokes all throughout the nail. Huge chunks of acrylic were left underneath a few of the nails & the lady that did mine drilled too much into my skin that I bled. Even took off some of my tattoos that are on my cuticles. I was told that the service for BOTH of us would be $40 but I was charged $65. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is the only place I will ever go again. I keep venturing out to different places because this place is 30 minutes from my house but am always disappointed when I go anywhere else. Majestic literally always does a perfect job on my nails every single time!! They are super sweet people too!!Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Dip powder

Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy wife and I went here for a pedicure and manicure. We have been coming here a couple years and was treated poorly and rushed our services.We had a 45 minute wait which we understood.The ladies were rude and unprofessional . And my wife left a review and the manager stated under review we weren’t there and we had wring wrong shop my wife called and spoke with manager and she was rude as well and asked why did she state we wasn’t there and she immediately got upset and said the ladies spent a hour and half. We got $35 pedicure and manicure so if that how long it takes then oh well. She went on to say you don’t have to come back and hung up in my wife face and w as defensive no empathy at all.Poor customer service and we will never come back. Go somewhere else especially if you black or brown but if you are white you right. We spend the most money but don’t get same treatment . We will never come back here and spend our hard earned money.
