I will not go back. I got dip on my natural nails on a Friday August 5th by the next day they started cracking on several fingers and breaking I went in on Monday to get them fixed and they only fixed the 2 fingers that broke with a totally different color then what I had. Didn’t even attempt to fix the cracked ones now I have 2 that completely came off still cracked fingers and some lifting. Really a shame I like my initial visit very nice and friendly place.

I went to this place for the first time. I asked several times can they do my nails to look like the photo with the purple nails. They told me about 10 times they could. The lady Linda kept hurting me while filing down my nails and cut my skin so far back it’s now burning. The second photo is what they actually did. Which is nothing like what I asked. I kept asking her where is the marble nail? And she kept saying purple, purple… then she had another lady come talk to me to advise she forgot to do my marble nail. When I said to her I kept reminding you the whole time and you kept shouting purple. Then she said oh well sorry and that she didn’t know how to do it. And I stated you told me you could do it several times before you actually did my nails. I will never go back to this place again!!

This was my first time at this location and Andrea was the person who did my nails. She listened to what I wanted and paid extra attention to what I needed. She was personable, sweet, patient and very competent. I will definitely be back and she is the only person I will work with. I loved her work that much!
