My 1st impression of Majestic Nail Bar is that the place is very clean. The atmosphere felt very warm and relaxing which was great. I was greeted immediately upon entering the door, with having a customer service background it was nice to see this at Majestic Nail Bar since most places hardly take the time to do so now as it’s all about money. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the nail technician, Jean, was more than happy to do my nails with a smile. To top it off my nail technician, Jean, was very professional and made sure to do my nails accurately by taking her time even though my nails looked pretty rough from having it done before elsewhere. I didn’t feel rushed like I usually get at other nail salons where they grind down my nails so thin that it hurts. Or try to save time and skip a step by only using the nail grinder or to completely re-do my nails by adding a brand new set of acrylics when all I needed was a fill. My nail technician, Jean, even did my cuticles and basically felt like I was getting a royal treatment, which I totally needed after a very long day. Prior to my service my nail technician, Jean, made sure the color pink was the pink that I wanted and did a color test on my nail if I wanted something a little pinker or lighter before proceeding, which I thought was a nice gesture that my voice actually mattered. Jean’s reply is that I am the customer and I should get what I like and want since I’m paying for the service. Also she didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. Did recommend some things if I wanted to change my service next time and that is only if I want it. Now that in itself is beyond customer service and I will definitely be coming back to Majestic Nail Bar as it is now my forever nail salon I will be going to and can’t wait to take my girls. I highly recommend this place if you are wanting to get the royal treatment without paying a fortune as well as getting high quality nails done professionally. The nail tech Jean was hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Not only was her work perfect, but she was so informative about how, and what she was doing to my nails. It’s nice to find a place that I know I can trust every time I visit. You won’t be disappointed if you can make it in to see JEAN!

The pedicure chairs are so comfy and they have heat in them which feels amazing. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to take care of me. It is best to make an appointment, but they do try to accommodate walk ins. They use quality nail products and the place is very clean. Add on a 10 minute massage to your pedicure. It is heavenly.

Multiple things were done wrong here First off got pedicures & it’s normal to charge $15 for gel polish but they charged each of us an additional $5 to take off old polish on top of the pedicure price and on top of the $15 price which means they charged $20 for gel polish it’s ridiculous. We got pedicures & zero massages were done and felt very rushed.

Except the price,nothing is luxurious. Other one star comments are true. Julie and the owner ? were very rushing and rude at the beginning ,didn’t even wait for me to situate my seat, kept pushing me to choose everything right away and grabbed me immediately… It seems like they just want to get it over and disappear. I also had to asked few times to pickup the details after they finished my nails,it’s not finished at all and they kept saying it’s finished.

Every time I go with my sister, we get the same service – SNS manicures – and every time, Kwan the con man tries to charge us $30-$40 more than the prior visit. This last time, he tried to charge us $170 for 2 SNS manicures with solid colors, no acrylics, and no designs or decals. What the f? If I wanted an overpriced mani, I could have gone to a place in midtown Atlanta. Not worth it to be ripped off in the suburbs.

This is one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to, service and quality wise. I would post a picture of this bubbly gel French manicure, that cost me $70, but I refuse to show my hands like this. Great atmosphere and products. Staff is mostly friendly but the older male that does SNS nails sometimes has an attitude. Overall I would go back though. They did nice work and also let my 4 year old stand in the bowl for her pedicure.

I got a pedicure and a manicure here. The cuticle work was extremely lacking. My toes were clipped to all different shapes and sizes. I had to completely trim them myself when I got home. The gel color on my toes wasn’t even applied on my entire nail. The hot stone massage was barely warm.
