It’s 4pm and they’re not open, but the hours say online (and on the door) they’re open until 7pm. Wasted 45+ minutes driving for absolutely nothing.

I called in before I came to find out pricing, availability and what’s included. I paid $350 for my eyebrows and she told me that 2 touch ups were included. After my first apt my eyebrows did not match. She said that’s what the touch ups are for. So I just left my touch up and I’m not satisfied at all. She changed the shape of my eyebrow and when I told her they didn’t match, she was like I followed the lines. No she went over my brow bone too far. But when I told her she gave me the pencil to fix it. Like she was basically blaming me for my eyebrow not being the right shape now. Def not a happy camper!!! And I ask about my second touch up, she was like no only one touch up . Of course you messed up my brows now I have to let years go by to get it fixed. I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BROWS

I went to this place on a Sunday 30 minutes before closing and the girl inside said they were closed already. This was so upsetting!! I drove 40 minutes to get there, the girl didn’t even offered to take me in. Their door flyer still says they close at 7pm. So I came back on Monday and their door said they were closed again for a medical emergency! This was my last time going there! I will let all my family know to stop going to this place as well! They do not appreciate their customers!

Before and after eyebrows and medium eyelashes. I’ll try longer next time very happy with the service. Price was high for me but I got a lot it was a great I have never given myself before I had my face and beard threaded omg pain but worth it. Still feels baby smooth a week later. Still wearing the eyelashes. They look great. Still have the tint on my eyebrows but I’d like a more ash brown instead of reddish. I’m thinking microwblading in my future. I’ll keep you posted.

Had to go home and fix my own eyebrows after leaving here. Before getting out of the chair, I told the lady it looks uneven and not totally cleaned up. She plucked around a little more, and results were still not satisfactory, but I realized at that point that it would be better to stop before she made it worse. That’s not how it’s supposed to go! Not sure why this place is so highly rated.
