Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDO NOT COME HERE! I’d like to preface this by saying I am not from the area and was referred to this place. After hearing a few good things, I had set an appointment for my sisters and I to get our hair and makeup done for a wedding we had to go to later that day. To begin, we had our appointments scheduled right at open, and the owners weren’t even there to open the salon on time. In regard to the makeup, the woman did not use clean brushes to apply the makeup, nor did she clean anything between uses. At one point, she dropped an opened liner and picked it up to immediately use on someone despite it touching the floor. Her work was also not the best and refused to correct her mistakes despite being asked to on countless attempts. Unless you directly pointed something out, she would not fix her mistakes herself like a professional should. Although, I could say some other things about the makeup, the real issue was with the woman who was doing our hair. At first, I thought things were going to go well bc she asked what we wanted to be done and even showed us a few options on strands of our hair to ensure it was what we wanted. This part I appreciated. However, at one point, it was my sisters turn and she was asking my sister how she parted her hair and while she was responding, the woman took a pair of scissors and snipped a piece of her hair “to make it even” without notifying her. She even tried to cover it up by saying she did not cut off anything and refused to even apologize. My sister left the place in tears because of this. When it was time to pay, she upcharged us from the price we agreed on prior and refused to lower it. This salon overall lacks so much professionalism and is so unsanitary. They took me the same day and I was so grateful. She turned my messed up damaged hair into a beautiful burgundy red. They’re finish was flawless and I highly recommend all the ladies to go there. I was skeptical about this salon cuz I’ve had my hair messed up at other salons but this one got me together after I messed my hair up at home. They took me the same day and I was so grateful. She turned my messed up damaged hair into a beautiful burgundy red. They’re finish was flawless and I highly recommend all the ladies to go there. They have everything❤️.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy hair is almost to my waist and they broke my hair off leaving me under the heat dryer to long . I had bleach in my hair to boot … my hair broke off and they didn’t inform me at all and acted normal like nothing happened. I also got a Treatment in my hair also. When they put me in front of the mirror I saw my hair was broken off and try to hold my tears back…she Carried on with the treatment which my hair is wet ,so I couldn’t see how bad it really was I had to wait about two hours with a treatment in my hair before they could blow dry it.Once they started to blow dry my hair I can see my hair still falling off and it was above my eyebrows I literally balled my eyes out no one apologize to me and they still Try to charge me. After she fried my long beautiful hair I was growing for 3 years.. this place needs to be shut down , I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. My hair is almost to my waist and they broke my hair off leaving me under the heat dryer to long . I had bleach in my hair to boot … my hair broke off and they didn’t inform me at all and acted normal like nothing happened. I also got a Treatment in my hair also.
