My girlfriend and I love this place, the people, the tubs, the cold plunge and the sauna! The sweet wood and eucalyptus smell in the sauna especially! Everyone is so nice. Sometimes the political discussions get a little too much in the big tub, but I can always shift to the small tub or the sauna.

This little resort is a magical place tucked away in Santa Cruz. They offer massages/hot tub/cold plunge/sauna/a fire meditation area. They have complimentary towels, body wash, lotion, spa water and hot tea. We went there at night after being at the beach all day and it was spectacular!! They also offer private tubs. This is nude spa retreat, so photos or phones are allowed. Totally worth the price of the day pass, $40. I can’t wait to go back here for a date!

Our couples massage was wonderful, and the hot baths were very soothing. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the other customers were all respectful of others’ space. We will definitely be back!

We went to the private hot tub, it was amazing. Really peaceful and relaxing, it cost 50 dollars for two people for an hour. There was a steam shower next to the hot tub in room with towels, shampoo, and conditioner provided! Really good experience

Fantastic experience here! Staff was warm and friendly but not overbearing and I felt very relaxed just sitting waiting for my appointment. The massage was exactly what I wanted and I felt comfortable with the person working so we were able to hit all my problem areas in a 50 min session. The tubs were hot and clean!

It’s not the old 5 star place it was when it was called Kiva, but the new owner is trying really hard to bring back the vibe. If they can afford to put some money in to this place it could be 5 stars again. I, and many of us old timers, would like to see the fireplace room brought back, the Jets fixed in the hot tubs, maybe have the dressing room go back to co-ed status so that there’s enough room to walk around somebody in it. It’s on its way, and some things they are doing better, like including two towels and a lock when you check in I’ll be it at an increase in price.

The 110 min deep tissue massage with Alice was fabulous and soothing. She packs power and moves your joints just right. Stayed for a private hot tub with my hubby. We loved it!
