Critical: ProfessionalismI had scheduled an appointment with Ms. Amparro. I arrived to a closed salon at my appointment time. Didn’t receive any notice of cancellation from Ms. Amparro. I never heard from her until I called later that day and she told me she had an emergency despite not getting any notice. I understood and made an appointment for 2 days later. Again I arrive to a closed salon. Again no notice. Again I didn’t hear from her even after I gave her my cell phone number so she can alert me if any cancellation in the future. But still nothing. Till I get home and try calling again and apologies for another emergency. Asks me to come in 30 minutes. Which I understood again and obliged. When I arrive she’s working with another client and tells me it’ll be a half hour wait. At this point I’m frustrated and decide to leave. While I understand emergencies happen, not providing any notice and wasting my time and gas is not okay. As it isn’t okay for anybody. Oh and on top of it, she tells me that her prices have raised. I had scheduled an appointment with Ms. Amparro. I arrived to a closed salon at my appointment time. Didn’t receive any notice of cancellation from Ms. Amparro. I never heard from her until I called later that day and she told me she had an emergency despite not getting any notice. I understood and made an appointment for 2 days later.
