I never leave a review unless it is good, but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had. First, I waited 40 minutes to get helped. When I finally got helped I chose a shiny white dip with sparkles. She left pieces of my old acrylics on so my nails were all bumpy and then left big spots without dip on many of my nails. I asked her to cover my whole nails and she pushed the dip around with her fingers and made them more bumpy. The dip was all over my fingers and the color was supposed to be shiny and it literally looked like I had Elmer’s glue on nails. She said she would fix it by covering it with gel, but she put gel all over my cuticles and left the sides without gel so the Elmer’s glue dip is still showing. And the topper she actually charged me full price! I was in there for 2 hours!

Not happy with this place just took both my daughters spent 160 dollars on nails after 2 and half hours i cant believe they charged me full price n not even that they charged me more then quoted and all 3 sets have issues. I lady’s we had cut our fingers, I asked to have my nails removed but instead just painted over the pink and whites I asked for. My nails feel like they have moguls on them, there all bumpy and extremely big, they make my hands look old. Both my daughters nails look like they already need a fill.Asked to have them fixed, was told they were fine. Ill never go here again.

I walked in for a pedicure and was happy I didn’t have to wait. I shld of been suspicious by that. I was asked which service I wld like, pointed to the $50 spa pedicure. They asked, gel or not. I was surprised bc no other place in town offers not gel nail polish. When I asked they said the it was $15 more for the not gel polish. I even said out loud, wow that’s weird to charge more for not gel polish. I had a pic of what I wanted, showed the woman, n asked can u do this. She replied, yea. The spa part of the pedicure was great. Time for polish!! They didn’t have the color I picked from their color samples, ok. I wanted a simple 1 color with 1 glitter toe n a line of glitter at the base of my big toe. The glitter they picked was too light to cover the paint, even though I told her when she was putting on the color that the middle toe shld b glitter. The line on the big toe winded up like a glob of glitter. B4 she put my toe in the drying machine I said I didn’t like it n remove it pls. N she put the drying machine on my toes. I pull them out. Asked for her to remove the glitter from both big toes now bc she just kept on doin whatt I had already asked for to stop doin. She removed glitter off 1 of my big toes n then went right back to curing the polish. I think she was gonna leave me with 2 different big toes. I said something to the supervisor n then she decided to remove the glitter. While doin such, she cut my toe with the nail file. Now, it’s time to pay. She charges me for a $55 pedicure, $15 more for gels, n let’s not forget my fav part a $10 tip out for herself. So, not only did the price change $20, I didn’t even get what I wanted, n she just steals her tip. This is by far the worst place I have ever been, but they are also willin to change the price to a higher price when u get upset for them not doin what u agreed to pay for. If I cld give them a negative star rating, I wld.

Recently a friend of mine and I decided to go Mai’s nails. Worst experience we have ever had. There was no heat. They did not use a dry lamp at all for acryli. Both our cuticles were destroyed. Came for a fill, expecting to pay the advertised $18 before tip. After the fill and French polish I was charged $30, not sure why, especially since a french manicure is advertised as $8 so it should have been $26 at the very most, especially when they charge $28 for a full set. The pink they used for my french polish is uneven, and makes my nails look inflamed/unhealthy and a few hours later the polish is already chipping.

Awful experience. I brought my own organic base coat and nail polish. They don’t speak English and acted like they didn’t know what it was. It took an extremely long time for the woman to remove my old gel manicure polish. I barely had any chips 4 weeks later. This nail salon put on polish that chipped within 4 days. I asked to keep my nails long and she chopped them all off. They don’t speak English. Do not go here.

I am afraid that as an infrequent visitor to this establishment each time I decide to just get a more and more basic treatment it is always unprofessional. The woman who began my manicure I am fairly certain wasn’t licensed. Her hands were not clean and she spoke 0 English. She was so fast with the sharp cuticle clippers she cut right through my skin on my left ring finger. It bled a drop at a time all evening. I wasn’t happy when that occurred and another woman came and politely took over. It was a simple clear polish mani, a D+ at best. The owner was at the end of the row of mani-tables and no one was in the shop, she didn’t even look up from her phone and was quite unkind when I paid. I did leave a tip for the manicurist who was trying to save the experience.

Very rough. I asked if they could do an ombre and one lady said no. I walked out to answer a call and another lady came out and asked what I wanted and I showed her. She said she could. It wasn’t anything like I wanted. She asked if i wanted coffin style i said no i dont like coffin style and she still gave me coffin style. She rushed the whole thing. The nails are not smooth on top, bumpy. And 2 of my nails broke up off already. One broke after 2 days and the other after 4. I work in an office and that’s when one came off. Other was at home while folding a blanket or something. Never going back again. I wanted cheap and got what I paid for.

I went here with my bridal party the day before my wedding. I had called the day before to set an appointment for 4 people for manicures and pedicures at 1:30. We got there and they acted like they had no clue we were coming. We were not seated until 2:50. Once we were seated, they started the foot bath and the water was so hot we couldn’t even stick our feet in. They started the bath and walked away. As we were trying to get the ladies attention, 2 of our baths over filled onto the floor. They sat all of us at 2:50 but didn’t start our pedicures until 3:05. Once we were finished we told them for the 3rd time we wanted manicures too. They freaked out because they had a big line out the door. Our manicures were awful. They made me and 2 of my bridesmaids bleed they were so rough with our hands. When we went to pay we asked for a discount and the manager freaked out again and cussed my mom out. Horrible experience. We will never be back.
