We went to Mainstays today with a gift certificate. Asked in advance if we could upgrade from the 60 to the 90 min couples massage and pay the difference, wasn’t a problem with them at all! No fuss! Pam and her daughter Kelly were wonderful! Personable and makes you feel comfortable, yet very professional! Highly highly recommend! Definitely do at least an hour! 90 minutes was just heavenly! You won’t regret it! If you ever hear of a Tired Parent Package, know we were the inspiration behind it Thanks ladies! We will absolutely be returning regularly!

Went here with a friend and got massages together. Great place. It’s in an hold house with lots of character. The spa rooms are upstairs in essentially what used to be bedrooms of this large, old house. Atmosphere is very relaxing.

I have been seeing Kelley for massages for a little over a year now and she is absolutely amazing. She and Mainstay are a true source of comfort and healing. She not only asks each time about my needs, but she also intuitively finds and eases problem areas. The space is incredibly comfortable and Kelley always makes me feel at ease. Even my husband, who is not a massage fan generally, enjoys massages with Kelley. I can’t recommend Kelley or Mainstay enough – best massage therapist in the best atmosphere I have ever experienced.

This is absolutely the best F**ing place to go to is you want a wonderful relaxing massage!! I already saw Kristen twice. The first time I went it was for my anniversary and she gave me the best present ever. The second time a close friend of mine surprised me and I will be setting up another appointment very soon!!

I have been going to Mainstay for 4 years now, every other week, for neck, upper back, shoulder massage (20 minute chair). It is not only helpful for the muscles in question, but my overall health has improved, my immune system has improved. I no longer catch colds and have as severe a sinus problem as I used to. My main massage therapist is Pam but I have also had Kelley and Kristen and all 3 are excellent! I 100% recommend, and then some. (And you should see their house!! The ambience is to die for, – and the music and essential oil smells when you’re having the massage – it is soooo relaxing!)

It is hard to put into words the energy, beauty and calmness that we experienced with Kelly and this establishment. My daughter, who is picky and more aware than any 10 year old should have to be, was beyond ecstatic with her first session. Due to the constant stress and strain on my daughter’s body, following a bilateral traumatic amputation of both left limbs in July of 2016, we meet with therapists multiple times a week, and she does not often have the response that she had here. I was looking for a closer massage therapist who could also connect with my daughter and I am so very happy that Kelly is that person. We cannot wait to continue working with Mainstay and especially Kelly in our efforts to heal the mind, body and spirit from such devastating traumas. From Mother to Mother, Thank You ❤✌

We were originally scheduled for a Valentines Day couples massage, and had to reschedule a couple times. They were very acommodating and generous with their time, and were able to work with us and get us in. The massage and experience were top notch and would highly recommend!!
