Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDon’t usually do reviews, felt this experience deserved one. This was my first time at Mainely Nails. I decided to try a different place than my go to. MN did not seem very clean despite them having me wash my hands as soon as I walked in (without any direction to a sink, having to find it myself). I sat down in the chair and upon resting my hands on the table I could immediately feel nail dust and debris from previous customers. During my manicure my manicurist had headphones in and was speaking with someone on her phone- the entire time. Allowing those things to slide, as my manicure went on I felt less and less like I mattered as a customer. My nails were being rushed and half-done. The end result being uneven, misshapen, lumpy and inevitably not what I was hoping nor asked for. And for $50 dollars I’d hope to at least get a manicure and experience better than what I can do for myself. Don’t usually do reviews, felt this experience deserved one. This was my first time at Mainely Nails. I decided to try a different place than my go to. MN did not seem very clean despite them having me wash my hands as soon as I walked in (without any direction to a sink, having to find it myself). I sat down in the chair and upon resting my hands on the table I could immediately feel nail dust and debris from previous customers. Pretended like they didn’t understand what I was saying. And btw, I’m Asian. So, they totally bait and switch prices. Do not trust anything they quote on the phone.
