Dr. O makes me feel incredibly safe every time I step foot into her chair. I started seeing her a few years ago for a hyperactive eyebrow, and was beyond nervous. She has a calming, and comforting presence. She explains everything in detail anytime I ask questions, and never ever makes me feel bad. She has never ever pushed me to get more botox, and will only do what YOU feel comfortable with. You can truly tell she loves her patients, and wants you to feel safe. I love the office staff, and am so grateful to everyone there.

My dermatologist of many years moved away and I was so nervous about finding someplace new for my Botox and fillers. I decided to try Maine Laser and Aesthetics because of their glowing reviews and was not disappointed. I received my first Botox treatment from Bonnie two months ago and the results are wonderful. Her technique is very gentle and overall it was a very comfortable experience. As a final comment, the office staff is lovely and the environment is relaxed and welcoming.

I had my first appointment for tattoo removal. I was REALLY nervous, but once I was in the room with Dr. O, she made me feel right at home and at ease. She explained everything to me and gave me opportunity to ask questions. She told me exactly what to expect and told me what she was doing just before she did the treatment. She checked on me several times during to make sure I was alright. She gave me options regarding my comfort and talked to me about what she recommended that was just right for me. I have another 3-4 treatments and I’m really excited and not nervous anymore. She is absolutely kind and caring. Such a sweet and knowledgeable woman!

I am a little torn with my review because the clinic, staff, and Dr. Ollila were really wonderful, but as far as the results from my sun spot removal treatment and the Botox I received, I saw no difference. Now to he fair, maybe I had high expectations, but the results don’t lie and it appears that I never got anything done. I did however get a skin tag removed. I cannot report anything other than it was removed because my skin is still healing from the laser removal. I am hoping the scar will go away in time. Again, I am not trying to be negative, I received excellent and friendly care when I went there. And as I mentioned before, I could have had unrealistic expectations, so my disappointment is my personal POV from a first timer.

I had botox and a consultation for filler. Anna was very knowledgeable and patiently listened to my concerns. I was very impressed that she was honest about my skin and what results I could expect. I was very grateful that she didn’t try to pump me full of filler, instead determining that I didnt need any. I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere and that my insecurities weren’t exploited to make more money. She also has a very light touch while injecting botox. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be a return customer.

A few weeks ago I had VBeam laser done on my face to treat rosacea and broken capillaries. I have to say I’m very happy with the results. I can definitely tell the difference in the redness in my skin. I’m going back for another round in March to get the rest of them around my nose and mouth. All the ones she already hit with the laser are gone! It’s pretty amazing considering I had some on my nose that were huge and purple. Dr. Ollila explained all the types of rosacea and what my options were and what kind of results to expect very thoroughly. She is awesome. To me it wasn’t painful, but the bruising lasted about 2 weeks and I can’t lie, it was pretty intense, but so worth it in the end. One good thing about wearing masks is that it covered them up! Maine Laser and Aesthetics in Falmouth is an awesome place. I look forward to my return visit

Service is wonderful and professional and the most affordable in the area. Dr. O, Amanda and Alicia all take great care of each patient. They are perfectionists.
