This lady, the owner, accidentally used the wrong hair color formula on my hair and it came out extremely DRAB. That was bad enough, but to make things terrible, she denied that she made a mistake and instead said it was my hair. She said my hair chemistry had changed and that caused the greenish drab color. But I had just been to here 5 weeks prior and I don’t think my hair chemistry could have changed like that. Also I found another salon and the color (using the correct and original formula) comes out perfectly.
