Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the absolute WORST salon I’ve been too by far. Completely over priced, and the worst service I’ve received. I was charged double for a service not done right the first time, and still not done right the second time. I spent well over 7 hours here. I get my hair bleached & colored often, and I’ve been to salons all around South Louisiana. Not once before have I been forced to pay double. If you don’t do what was expected/agreed upon then you don’t charge a client twice. Especially not when the second service is still done incorrectly! Every other salon has done what was necessary to achieve the results agreed upon. If they had to do two processes of lightener I’d still only be charged once. AND IT WOULD BE DONE RIGHT. Never before have I left a salon with my hair two different tones and completely dissatisfied. I’m appalled. Did not go here but when I called, the phone was literally answered by a woman rudely saying “What?”. Like not even a hello. I asked if this was Main Street Salon, and she was like “Yes, what do you want?” (Same attitude given). Disgusting customer service is all I can say. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
