We had to adjust our timings twice (within 24 hours of the massage) and both times were received with kind courteousness. I truly hope our changes did not inconvenience him, but if so there was not a hint of annoyance in his demeanor. Additionally, though my cousin preferred to remain fully clothed, this did not seem to inhibit his ability to receive a highly effective, therapeutic massage.
