I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to do eyebrow waxing. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and I thought I had found a good place. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for over a decade now and I’ve never had an experience more rushed in my life. She did the entire waxing from behind my head and didn’t even do the job correct. I had to rush home to clean up wax from my face and pluck hairs that she didn’t get cause she rushed it so quickly. Nothing against other services or the other stylists. But $14 to rush home and fix the job is a joke.

The ladies here are incredibly helpful and caring. I walked in having had a terrible experience elsewhere locally and have received top notch styling suggestions, a hairstylist who takes their time to ensure every little bit is done correctly, and it seems everyone here puts their customer 1st period The basis of how old great customer service should be! They have earned a new customer for life, and I would recommend this location to anyone!

Staff was friendly and prices are good but everything else was very sub par. To put it simply, I had to go home after my appointment and finish drying and blowing out my hair. I also got just a trim but I have thick hair and the technician did no blending or texturizing on my layers so it does not look good. I’m going soon to get it fixed. You get what you pay for. I chose to try this salon out because it had good reviews but it did not meet my simple expectations.

I have been searching 2 decades for a SALON for my personality and hair needs… I finally found it!!!! I absolutely will be scheduling my monthly hair care with these ladies! I cannot even believe those words came out of my mouth! I’m such a Tomboy with 4 kids and a gazillion pets.
