Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePoor experience the last few times. This time my son’s ear length curly hair was cut poorly …almost random snips , uneven, with no real style.. he’s so bummed.The worst part was no answer or call backs when he called back after a shower to get it fixed.And if his hair grows out a bit.. just below ear, they ask him to go to a salon for a cut while charging full price just for a fade around his face.
