I called in the morning and made an 30 minute appt for 12:15. I arrived at 1205 and was greeted by a very confused woman who told there was already someone else getting a massage for one hour at 12:00 and that she had called ahead and booked, too. Obviously their scheduling practices are terrible – don’t waste your time.
