I have been to this salon for fashion colors a few times now and have always been happy with their work. My appointment today was for a very light bubblegum pink. Because my hair has been colored so many times before, the color would not fully lift from my hair, and the resulting color was not the color I was hoping for. I went back and the owner explained why the color came out the way it did and offered to dye it again, but with a darker shade of pink that would cover better and last longer. I would like to share my experience getting my hair colored today. I have been to this salon for fashion colors a few times now and have always been happy with their work. My appointment today was for a very light bubblegum pink. Because my hair has been colored so many times before, the color would not fully lift from my hair, and the resulting color was not the color I was hoping for. I went back and the owner explained why the color came out the way it did and offered to dye it again, but with a darker shade of pink that would cover better and last longer. Critical: ProfessionalismAll around bad experience for me here today. This was my second time here needless to say the first time was great. I was impressed with how the girl made my hair turn out. (To bad that girl don’t work here any longer) Today not so much!! I’m not sure what made the stylist so unfriendly but it was something. She asked me what I wanted and I described it to her. I don’t know specifics related to the details of doing your hair but i described it to her. Maybe I offended her by simply saying you know what your doing not me just do it how you think it needs done. From there on out it was down hill. She said nothing to me the whole time she was highlighting my hair with the exception of telling me I had a lot of hair. I sat there for hours with no conversation at all. I have never been to get my hair done and wanted to be done like I did there. She went to rinse the foils out and asked what I wanted to do to my hair. I told her just a few layers. I then asked her if she could do my eyebrows. She clearly was hesitant to agree so I said never mine. She said she didn’t have time. At that point I was really done and was ready to pay and leave so I told her to not worry about cutting my hair. I have never been somewhere like that. In my mind she could have offered to see if another stylist had time to do it maybe offer to get her next client started and then do my eyebrows real quick if nothing else offer to set up another appointment… Not her instead she wasted time drying my hair which I could careless if it was even done at that point… Just a all around bad experience. All around bad experience for me here today. This was my second time here needless to say the first time was great. I was impressed with how the girl made my hair turn out.
