I called to confirm that they are indeed open to taking customers til 6pm, but I’ve showed up a few times after work this week at 5:15pm and the place was closed each time. Love getting haircuts here, but the current hours online aren’t accurate at all. I called to confirm that they are indeed open to taking customers til 6pm, but I’ve showed up a few times after work this week at 5:15pm and the place was closed each time. Please don’t tell your customers that you’ll be open at times you’re not; it’s incredibly disappointing and it’s really hurt the phenomenal reputation you’ve had for years.
