I got my hair “done” in a short curly style and in 24hrs the style had no curls and i looked stupid my first day of work at a new job. When i called to speak to the stylist he was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and can’t take a simple compliant. As a consumer that is not how anyone should be treated when they spent good money for a service and had a complaint.
