Went in the other day for my first experience and it was great! Initially got this one guy in the beginning who was having a hard time with the acrylic I think but they moved me to another tech and got me taken care of without me having to say a word. Very attentive and communicative to each other to make sure I was taken care of. No sweat at all, everyone is a beginner sometimes!

it’s crazy how different your experience can be based on the tech. the first pedicure i got here was phenomenal – and i found out mid-way through that the person performing it was the manager. they were professional, gentle, and thorough – i even claimed it was the best pedicure i’d ever had.

It is crazy how my review can change so drastically in a years time. This is my last time getting my nails done here. The quality of nail changes drastically based on the nail tech. The worst part is I was very haply with the last nail tech it was the so called manager this time. The rudeness and pure disrespect…she should not be qualified to be a manager based on the way she speaks to her customers. I waited for 2 hours just for them to fix one nail that the polish cracked on. The manager came over and said what do you want and I explained to her to just re do the nail. She responded with well we just have to cut it and proceeded to cut my nail down to the very bottom. She kept telling me yes its shellac and I tried telling her it was dip. It wasnt until she cut my nail that she believed it was dip.

When I came through the door I was asked to use hand sanitizer , that’s great! But then I noticed everyone that came in after me who wasn’t BLACK wasn’t asked to use hand sanitizer!!!! Then I asked for medium length nails and the lady totally ignored my request and gave me short nails!then a fly flew in the nail dryer as I was drying my nails and the lady expected me to keep my hand in there! Moral of the story is this, it was my first and last time going to this nail shop! Club Nails is directly across the street go there instead people!

The wait was definitely longer than I thought but my nails were definitely worth the wait. My nail tech was very nice, patient, and funny. I don’t get my nails done often so had a lot of questions, she was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering all of them for me. My mom and I both got a full set and a pedicure, we will definitely be back!
