Today I went for a pedicure around 12 noon. The girl with pink streaks in her hair did a terrible job. The water was not hot as I requested. She did not remove all the prior polish. Just terrible job. Also the towel she used was not clean very dirty. Not impressed

Got a standard pedicure. Watched staff take toe separators off one person and put them back in the drawer for use on other customers. My friend’s tech used a tool to dig out under their toenails and that tool was promptly put back into the bin with the other tools with dirt still all over it. My pedicure itself was very uneven and too many coats were too quickly placed on top of one another so it didn’t dry properly and the polish was all warped. We stopped going here a few years ago and came back recently, now I remember why we stopped coming here.

I love this place . All so friendly. Very efficient. Always get what I want. Decent prices. Fast. All of them are always happy and nice and will talk to you. I’ve never had a long wait. I just love this place. I even brought my boyfriend for a pedicure ! And they were so nice to him and noticed he was shy and took great care of him.

Critical: QualityDefinitely wouldn’t recommend. Got my nails filled there three times in less than two weeks, three nails broke the first time & my polish came off & three nails broke the second time. I got them fixed yesterday & one of them broke yet again today as I told them MULTIPLE TIMES that the acrylic is old & needs to be replaced. They laughed at me & were beyond rude. The acrylic job was beyond poor. I am tired of going there & refuse to give them anymore service. Also the owner lied to me & claimed to be there at a time he was not there at.Service: ManicureDefinitely wouldn’t recommend. I went in for a full set of acrylic and only had to wait 5 minutes in an extra packed salon. Everyone was extremely friendly. The younger guy who did my nails did a beautiful job pretty quickly and efficiently, he double check on everything (like nail size and shape) to make sure they were perfect and he chatted with me almost the whole time. My only notes are that I didn’t get cream on my hands and that there are a few noticeable air bubbles (but both of these are very minor, I still tipped extra of what I usually tip).

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, Valueprobably the worst set of nails I’ve gotten. they’re all uneven, and the acrylic/gel overlay are chipping after TWO days. they didn’t prep the nails right, or finish them and I got charged for a full set when I only did a fill. do not recommend.the tech used a literal vacuum cleaner to clean the debris off my hand, didnt clean it, and put it back without cleaning it. none of the tools were put in barbicide cleaning solution. idk how they’re even in business.Service: Manicureprobably the worst set of nails I’ve gotten. they’re all uneven, and the acrylic/gel overlay are chipping after TWO days. they didn’t prep the nails right, or finish them and I got charged for a full set when I only did a fill. do not …More

They do good nails here but they are very prejudice especially if you are not a long time customer. But even if you are they act like they doing you a favor and your getting service for free. The owners husband and wife are rude they only acknowledge the older women they know. I don’t care how good they are they will never get my money again. I deserve respect too I’m a paying customer. There are other good nail salons in Webster screw them.

Critical: QualityI used to go here more frequently and then I stopped and went to lovely nails, where it’s harder to get an appointment / you wait a long time as a walk in. So recently I came back because I needed a dip manicure for something and was easily accepted as a walk in (yay!) And the lady who did my nails was very sweet (yay!). With that being said I remembered why I stopped coming here, there are always corners cut. For a dip mani its about $50, but I think I skipped the manicure part and just paid for the dip powder…so 40 something? And what do they put as the top clear layer of your nail? A GEL CLEAR LAYER. This is extremely problematic as I get dip powder due to its increased ability to avoid wear and tear. When you go to the gym alot/lift weights you are always banging your nails on the weights, it’s inevitable. Day 2 I had to go back so they could re-do a clear layer because my thumb nail clear layer already chipped. After MAYBE a week again, same problem, the tips of some of my nails clear layer is chipping. If I wanted gel I would have asked for it and paid less. I don’t mind paying more for dip, but finish your dip powder sets with an actual dip clear layer, not gel. Extremely disappointed with quality. If you want a cute set of nails, fast, that may only last a few days they can do the trick, otherwise If you want a higher quality nail I’d go elsewhere.I used to go here more frequently and then I stopped and went to lovely nails, where it’s harder to get an appointment / you wait a long time as a walk in. Maiden did a fine job on my nails but I was very frustrated that when I paid with credit card, they told me they only allow tips with cash. I understand why this is preferable, but in my experience most places with cash policies either have an ATM in their shop, or are understanding about the inconvenience it poses you – note, I had to get in my car and drive across the busy street to a bank ATM with a $4 fee. If you have a cash policy like this, offer a discount for paying with cash!! Or maybe even accept tips through venmo. I obviously wanted to tip but found this frustrating enough that i didn’t want to (even though i knew it was the rude owners fault, not my manicurists, which is why i went through the trouble to get her the $5).
