Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Atmosphere was relaxing! They even had time last minute to give me a gel manicure. I don’t get my nails done often because I’m extremely particular and they just never last long on my nails; this was the best gel manicure I’ve ever received. It’s lasted longer than anything I’ve ever had done! I’m about to make the 2 1/2 hour trip back just to get my nails done again 🙂

We were a walk in, so no expectations, however they were able to accommodate us right away. The service was fast efficient friendly and most of all we were extremely satisfied with the way our nails came out. I don’t generally write reviews but this was not an ideal experience. The owner of this salon is fabulous and if you book her you will always be extremely satisfied. However if you are unable to book her you truly don’t know how your experience will be. My nail stylist rushed through my appointment and was not pleasant. At the end she had me go under the air dryer instead of setting my dip with the blue light (which is the way I have always had my nails done and I have been getting dip done for years). Now after washing my hands the burgundy nail color is bleeding and I will have to get my nails redone elsewhere. I hate writing negative reviews about a business but I also don’t want anyone to have a negative experience like I did.

I never write google reviews but I have had so many terrible experiences here and at this point I will not be going back – they overbook their schedule completely, I have waited up to an hour after my appointment time before I’ve been sat. The nail technicians rush through every step of the manicure and even skip some steps. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Very disappointing! Greeted by Rude woman at front desk. gel pedicure only lasted about 1/2 hour, my feet still look dry and my friends pedicure was worse. Her woman smudged her polish multiple times and didn’t even notice and it was the quickest pedicure she’s ever had. A waste of $53! Pedicure

Bad experience. Went it with an appointment and didn’t get seated until an hour later when I asked why people were going before me. The nail tech told me there was no way to get tips on my nails without a full set, would not let it go even though my friend was getting a tip on with dip polish. Other friends full set nails are crooked. 0/10

Rude and disrespectful of their customers’ time. They booked me and my husband for 530pm;by 6pm we were still waiting. When we asked the front desk person how much longer we should expect to wait, a technician chimes up to say that we can’t expect them to get up in the middle of servicing other people just to accommodate us. We never asked them to do that! Instead of taking some type of responsibility for the delay, she started to lecture us as if we were impatient unreasonable kids! Got out of there! Rude and obnoxious!

Being from MA, we did not know any nail salons in the area and my maid of honor picked out this place. I was blown away! Kim did my nails (she knew how to do the ombre nails in my inspo pic.) I really appreciated her because she was so busy that day and in between other clients, but squeezed me in because she was the one who knew how to do this kind of nail design. I got SO many compliments (the perfect wedding nails) and the nails lasted me on my tropical honeymoon and well after the wedding.
