I would’ve given a one star except for I have been at this location before and the woman had done my nails well but the last time the gentleman had done my nails. My nails cracked immediately but I was out of town and couldn’t come back. While he was doing my nails my nails burns so bad and I’ve been doing my nails for 28 years and never have felt that type of burn for as long as it did. Two of the nails were bumpy not even straight but I was leaving for out of town and could not come back when I noticed. I called when I returned back and I was told that my nails were brittle anyway and basically blamed his mess on me. The other nails are breaking and lifting and so I will need to go somewhere else to have all of those nails removed and paid to put back on. Unacceptable.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I went there because it was close to my house and I had running around to do else where. SURE It only took him 20 minutes to do an ENTIRE SET BUTTTTT the Shape sucked after I told him what I wanted. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he completely ruined them.

Got a gel manicure and pedicure on Sunday first time there. Sunday night I noticed my nail was bubble up. Woke up Monday morning and it was peeled off. I tried calling the salon a couple of times, no answer. I paid $70.00 f deor this service, I am not going back there again.

I tried this salon today for the first time. The shop is very clean and I was immediately greeted by Kim. She did a great job with an acrylic fill and gel manicure. She was a great conversationalist throughout the manicure too. I definitely recommend Mai Nails! Acrylic nails
