My child (a young teen) was taken to get her nails done. The ladies that worked there were rude. One of the women called her “picky” because her nails were uneven and she asked them to be fixed. Also when her $3 tip was given…. THE 3 WOMEN LAUGHED!! That hurt. Obviously she is not rich. She used her own money. Also to top it off her nails have lifted after only 1 wk….. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!

i started going to mai nails years ago because it was close to my house, i stayed because of the great service. Mai is a great owner all the workers talk to you and make you feel comfortable i know not just by my experience but i can tell just by seeing them talk to the other customers too. Mai makes connections with her customers and remembers everybody’s names and remembers to follow up next time she sees them with what they talked about before. Also, love richie, he always does a great job doing my nails!

Made a call three days in advance to set an appointment. They said to just come before 6PM. I got there at 4:53PM and the company was closed. This happened two times. I did not appreciate the company telling me they would be open when they are not.
