I just love the customer service here. Every time you call you get Nelson who is super friendly. Then when you arrive, they offer you a drink. Either wine or soda or water. The girls are usually really friendly, particularly the ones doing the manicures.

Had a great time there. Only 4 out of 5 due to the miscommunication when I called to make the appt and specifically asked if they did Marble nails and was told yes, only to find out they did not. But Mai, the owner was amazingly sweet and took the time to come over, show me the process, and explain why they did not and my nail tech, Cloe, did an amazing job with swirls to mimic the look I was going for! And the service from Nelson was impeccable. I will definitely be back!

I came in for a gel manicure this past Friday before going out of town. By Sunday my thumb had chipped. I have never experienced a gel manicure chipping so fast. I reached out to them via the email on their website and never heard back. On Monday, I went over to their store front to ask to have it fixed, but they were closed. I can’t devote anymore time to this, but I am very disappointed in the quality of their gel manicure. I will say that the environment seemed clean and that the staff was very nice.

Honestly the service was great but they definitely ripped me off. I got an acrylic set of square short nails with a marble design and they charged me $100!!!!!!!! The shapes was off and one of the nails were way shorter than the others, not worth it. Mandy was my nail tech. Please be aware!! Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI didn’t take pics because I was sad! I waited a month to get my nails done at Mais, thinking it was a high end gel manicure salon and what I got was sadly the opposite. My appointment was with Winnie and I got there at 12:30 didn’t end up leaving until 3pm!!!!!! I was so tired and upset I noticed as she was putting the color on the shaping was off on one nail and I didn’t speak up about the color being to not my liking which is my fault! However for the amount of time I was in there, there shouldn’t have been a shaping issue and the detail part or the design felt rushed. I get gel x done a lot will go back to Jasmine’s! I didn’t take pics because I was sad! I waited a month to get my nails done at Mais, thinking it was a high end gel manicure salon and what I got was sadly the opposite. My appointment was with Winnie and I got there at 12:30 didn’t end up leaving until 3pm!!!!!!
