I love, love, love my nails! I went in for their regular mani pedi with gel and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate their efforts to create a safe environment by inviting you to wash your hands at their sink before your service as well has having disposable tub covers. It made me feel confident that I could treat myself safely. I wish I could bring this gem of a salon home with me, the technicians are fantastic and is by far the nicest nail salon I have been too.

Very happy with our choice to visit this salon for pedicures. I’m typically very sensitive to the strong nail polish smell at many places. I was a bit worried when we first arrived as there was a strong smell but they had pretty good ventilation and the oder disappeared quickly. The pedicure service was great, and the staff was very friendly. We chose the deluxe package with hot stone massage.

Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment to get a pedicure and a fill on my nails. The pedicure was great. He even gave me a suggestion on helping with a toenail issue. (Thank you). He even made me to fake big toe nails so my feet looked pretty while on vacation. I asked for a flower design on my big toes. It looked like a 10 yr old did it. My finger nails needed filled. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. Not a hard design. White tips with pink sparkly on the tips and a pink flower on one finger. Once again it looked like a 10 ye old did them. My husband didn’t even like them. Went back the next day for a color change on my nails because they were that bad. Could tell that he did not want to change the color. I had them painted a solid color no design. He nicked 4 of my cuticles on my fingers and on both of my big toes where I had him removed the flower design. Told him my husband did not like it. He said maybe from now on I should take a picture and ask my husband if he likes it before I leave. Very rude the second day. I will not be going back to this one. If you are going to complain about your customer. Made an appointment to get a pedicure and a fill on my nails. The pedicure was great. He even gave me a suggestion on helping with a toenail issue. (Thank you). I have been coming to Mai Beauty for about 10 years! They are the BEST at what they do. Never rushed! They are perfectionists and gentle (which is so important when you are dealing with sensitive feet!) I highly recommend this wonderful, professional, always spotless nail salon!!!!
