Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis salon is very affordable and clean. I have been several times and I try to see the same person each time but in the event they are away, I feel confident going to anyone. Every stylist I have been to there was exceptional. They start me right away and I don’t spend all day there. They are professional and warm and I always feel welcome and my hair always turns out flawless!!!! The most recent person I had tend to my hair was Mel. She was great!————UPDATE: I went again today ————-So after not going here for a good several months I decided to give it a try again because I was pressed for time and it was close. I am glad to say they still maintain good service. There was a slight incident(or two) but the the entire team was on top of things.Long story short, a tech (who was super sweet) made an error in one of the products she used on me and because my stylist was very attentive, she noticed it right away and corrected it. She was very transparent about the issue and I was glad she told me and fixed it instead of acting like it was nothing. (Btw this sort of thing has never happened there to me or anyone else I’ve seen so I know it was a rare occurrence). 2nd one of the techs didn’t have childcare and everyone was so helpful with her baby until someone was able to come. I love that they are a group of people who truly show compassion. 3rd is the major one. After all the issues that happened my hair was “done” and I was a little disappointed because it was not looking the way I was hoping or was used to it looking. I was prepared to leave and the owner, Mahia saw my hair and said nope! She took me back to her chair and did a whole transformation. I could have hugged her! She took accountability for everything that happened that day and me feel like she really cared what happened without making any of the other stylists and techs look or feel bad. At the end of the day, I walked out with my hair looking fabulous. Not everyone is going to get it right every time but I’m so glad that in the event they don’t get it right, they make it right.I still think this place is great because of all the times I’ve been here they have been wonderful and this 1 time things didn’t go exactly as planned, they still worked it out and Mahia truly showed a high level of customer service that I rarely see in salons.I will definitely be backService: Curly hairThis salon is very affordable and clean. This salon is very affordable and clean. I have been several times and I try to see the same person each time but in the event they are away, I feel confident going to anyone. Every stylist I have been to there was exceptional. They start me right away and I don’t spend all day there. I’m new to the area and located this establishment on google. They have such wonderful reviews so thought I reach out to Ms. Mahia the owner to schedule an appointment via facebook. Needless to say Ms. Mahia returned my request for service immediately. Upon my arrival to her eshtablishment I was greeted with gracious customer service. Ms. Mahia set me up with an absoluetly awesome stylist Ms. LaMon. I had a specific style in mind and presented Ms. LaMon with a photo and I must say she exceeded my expectations for the style. The level of detail and talent is sincerely appreciated. Furthermore during these unprecedented times with covid -19, they not only practiced safety with the wearing of mask they also ensured a limit amount of customers serviced at one time. They have such wonderful reviews so thought I reach out to Ms. Mahia the owner to schedule an appointment via facebook. Needless to say Ms. Mahia returned my request for service immediately.
